Do not include names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, financial details, account credentials, or other information that could identify or endanger you or another person.

Anonymous does not mean without care.
Whisper Universe is designed for private release, not for targeting people. Protect your identity, respect other visitors, and use the report control when an active whisper crosses a line.
Do not target or threaten people
Do not use the service for threats, harassment, stalking, impersonation, doxxing, exploitation, or instructions intended to harm a person, group, animal, or property.
Report harmful active whispers
Visitors who have entered the universe can report another active object. Repeated community reports may hide content from the public experience, and the operator can review, restore, hide, or remove it.
Delete your own active whisper
When the browser still holds the local ownership capability, the My Secret controls can locate and delete your own active object. Clearing browser storage may remove that local capability.
Urgent situations need real-world help
Whisper Universe is not monitored as an emergency channel and cannot provide crisis intervention. Contact local emergency services or a trusted person when someone may be in immediate danger.
Content can disappear because of expiration, reports, moderation, or deletion. Never rely on Whisper Universe as evidence storage, a support inbox, or the only record of something important.
